Kelley Samantha’s Intuitive Guidance & Healing space is a safe and inclusive environment and has strict Zero Tolerance Environment and has the right to refuse or cease services to any person at any given time.

Intentionally entering a fake email address, false phone details (including 1300 numbers) or other information deemed a misrepresentation into this site is considered fraud. This is not tolerated and appointments will be cancelled without consolation.

Your service will be terminated if you attend the appointment under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. In this case, your payment and (or) deposit will is not refundable. Clients who have a psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice before undertaking services from Kelley Samantha. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of services by us.

All information supplied by the client is confidential. Information will not be given to third parties concerning the client or the client’s details without the permission of the client unless Kelley Samantha deems the client to be in a life-threatening situation, in which case Kelley Samantha is duty bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities.
Kelley Samantha is a certified psychic and spiritual healer. However, your session should be undertaken with an open and positive outlook with no expectations of an outcome. Kelley Samantha takes no responsibility for your destiny; this resides within you.
Payment Services: For online services: Payment by PayPal is required for all online services using the PayPal payment button.
Rescheduling Your Appointment: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24hrs before the start of your session time and within a 10-day period.
If you contact us after your scheduled session time, your appointment will automatically be deemed cancelled.
If you do not show for your appointment, it will not be rescheduled and considered cancelled.
A No Show is classified as someone who does not show for their scheduled appointment. Kelley will wait 10 minutes before considering you a “No Show”.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations.
Limitations of Liability: The Website and Kelley Samantha will not, in any case, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for use of this site or any other hyperlinked websites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present. You are solely liable for the use of the website.
Although this website employs the latest online transaction security, we will not be responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
