Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations. Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24hrs before the start of your session time and within a 10-day period. If you contact us after 24hrs of your scheduled session time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. If you do not show for your appointment, it will not be rescheduled and considered cancelled. A No Show is classified as someone who does not show for their scheduled appointment. Kelley will wait 10 minutes before considering you a “No Show”. This is a safe and inclusive space.
