Service Description
I have helped people from all walks of life overcome their anxiety, emotional challenges, and negative patterns and I can do the same for you. Sessions take place online via Zoom in a safe and supportive environment and are completely confidential. In your initial consult we will have a 60-minute chat to uncover your concerns and what stressors you have been experiencing and how you would like to feel instead (which is your goal). I will be identifying in priority order, the root cause of your challenges in order to align your goal. This could be anything from thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, or past memories that still have yet to be processed. Initial Session Online via Zoom 60 MINUTES $200
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations. Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24hrs before the start of your session time and within a 10-day period. If you contact us after 24hrs of your session time your appointment will automatically be cancelled. If you do not show for your appointment it will be considered cancelled. A "No Show" is classified as someone who does not show for their scheduled appointment. Kelley will wait 10 minutes before considering you a “No Show”. Coaching Agreement: This agreement is between Kelley Samantha (Coach) and (Client). Scope of Services: Coach agrees to provide coaching and healing services as described on the website and as provided to the Client. Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders, and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals. It is the Clients exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach Confidentiality: All client information will remain completely confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Privacy: Kelley Samantha is committed to protecting your privacy. We guarantee your information will not be disclosed sold or traded to any outside parties. Commitment: Coach commits to giving their best efforts during every coaching session. The Client will endeavor to do their best to implement the work. Release of Liability: I understand that this is a condition of participation in this activity and that I do so at my own risk. Therefore I release the Coach from all liability, claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with my participation in this activity. Acknowledgment of Information: I acknowledge the information provided to me is true, complete and accurate. I agree that I will undertake the activity in accordance with the terms and conditions set out. By proceeding to work with Kelley Samantha (including any ongoing subsequent sessions) I have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions herein and listed on the website.
